Petro Lebedynets
There is a reason that people compare the mastery of Petro Lebedynets to the deftness of a creative chess player, recalling the quotes of Byzantine mystics. Ice and flames come together in his works, and from each emerges something unexpected , just as from the artist himself, who follows the path of the heart. We move from soothing harmony to balanced harmony, which is similar to an afternoon siesta, to tense harmony, opening for himself a period of storms and oppression, noise and passion, competing forms and textures.
Biography
1956 - was born in Ukraine.
1978-1984 - Kyiv State Academy of Arts and Architecture.
Since 1990 - Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
